Our mission extends beyond spiritual and religious fulfillment to encompass educational, social, and cultural enrichment. BTBRC Foundation for Youth Summer Programming
Scholarships to children of member families who are planning to participate in qualifying programs which run through August 2024. Qualifying programs eligible for scholarship allocations include:
- Camp Ramah
- Ramah Israel Seminar
- March of the Living
- Alexander Muss High School in Israel
- Diller Teen Fellows
- USY (local, regional, or international activities)
- USY on Wheels
- USY Israel Pilgrimage
- High School Jewish educational studies
- Post-High School Jewish studies at an approved institution of higher learning
- Post-High School education in Israel
Applications for these scholarships are due to Beth Torah on or before January 31. every year.

Joel Newman (ז”ל) Israel Scholarship
This fund was created in loving memory of Joel Newman, with an endowment by the Newman & Blomberg families.
The scholarship will be awarded based on need and merit to a young adult from our Beth Torah community who would like to attend an approved Israel program.
Applications for these scholarships are due to Beth Torah on or before January 31. every year.

The Gift of Israel Savings Program
This Savings Program is a cooperative program in which families, congregations or Jewish institutions and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation each contribute funds on an annual basis to enable participating young adults to attend a qualifying educational program in Israel.
The Gift of Israel Savings Program has the purpose of facilitating each participant to have a qualifying Israel experience as a part of his or her Jewish education.

Sol Lipson (ז”ל) Passport to B’nai Mitzvah
A Matched Savings Program made possible by the Sol Lipson z”l Passport to Bar & Bat Mitzvah Fund.
Passport to B’nai Mitzvah is a partnership savings program between families who are planning for the Bar/Bat Mitzvah of their child(ren) and Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus. All BTBRC member families are eligible and encouraged to participate and start investing in their child’s Journey to Bar/Bat Mitzvah at an early age.

2025 Jewish Overnight Summer Camp Scholarships
The Greater Miami Jewish Federation is offering 2025 Jewish Overnight Summer Camp Scholarships to help make camp experiences more affordable for families in need.
Scholarships are awarded on a case-by-case basis, with all applications handled confidentially. The deadline to apply is Friday, January 31, 2025

One Happy Camper Grants for First-Time Campers
A program of the Foundation for Jewish Camp (FJC) in partnership with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and Jewish overnight camps across North America.
One Happy Camper provides grants of UP TO $1,000 to families with children attending non-profit, mission-driven Jewish overnight camp for the first time.
