Things You Can Do Now

As we prepare for the High Holy Days together, we encourage all member families to review their account status and ensure their membership is current.

High Holy Day seating is available to members whose accounts are in good standing (paid in full or enrolled in an approved payment plan by July 1, 2026).

Need assistance? Our Finance Office is happy to help with payments, payment plans, or account questions.

High Holy Day seating requests will open July 1, 2026.

Preparándonos Juntos para las Altas Fiestas

Las Altas Fiestas nos invitan a regresar: a nuestras tradiciones, a nuestra comunidad y a las personas con quienes compartimos los momentos más significativos de nuestra vida judía.

Mientras nos preparamos para recibir juntos Rosh Hashaná y Yom Kipur, queremos ayudar a cada familia a vivir esta temporada con tranquilidad y sentido de pertenencia. Le invitamos a verificar que su membresía esté activa y que su cuenta se encuentre al día, ya sea mediante el pago completo o a través de un plan de pago aprobado antes del 1 de julio de 2026.

🎟️  TICKETS, REGISTRATION & SEATING

Yes. All members must complete the online ticket request form by August 28, even if you have permanent (endowed) seats.

Yes. The form lets us confirm your attendance and plan seating for all members. Please indicate which services you’ll attend on the form so others may be seated appropriately.

Individual members receive 1 ticket. Two-adult households receive 2 tickets. Guest tickets may be purchased separately.

 

Guest tickets are limited and must be paid for in advance and will be given first-come, first-served to members only.

  • First 2 additional seats: $250 each
  • 3rd & 4th additional seats: $360 each
    (Maximum 4 extra tickets per household.)

Tickets will be emailed once seating is confirmed. Please print your tickets and bring them along with a valid photo ID.

Generally, yes. Assigned seating is required for most services. Some services (e.g., Mincha/Neilah or 2nd Day Rosh Hashanah) may have open seating.

No. Due to limited seating, you may request seats for either English or Spanish services per holiday—not both.

There are certain services that are open to the community. Most services are primarily for members. A limited number of guest tickets may be available based on space.

Seats are assigned based on membership and submission of the request form. After September 2, remaining seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served as space allows.

🚗 PARKING & ENTRY

No, there is no assigned parking. All spaces are first-come, first-served.

Yes. ADA-accessible parking is available near the entrance. Please arrive early and display the proper permit.

Parking options include:

  • Main Lot:
    • Rosh HaShanah: Open until full
    • Yom Kippur: Reserved until 11:00 AM for older congregants, then opens for everyone on a space available basis.
  • NE 26th Avenue: Limited street parking (do not park on the sidewalk)
  • Side Streets: Available — please be respectful and avoid blocking driveways
 

A government-issued photo ID or your Beth Torah member badge (name must match your ticket).

No. Food and drinks are not allowed. Water bottles may be permitted for medical needs.

👧 YOUTH SERVICES & BABYSITTING

Yes. Youth programs will run:

  • Rosh HaShanah: Sat. Sept. 11 & Sun. Sept. 12 | 10:30 AM–1:00 PM
  • Yom Kippur: Mon. Sept. 21 | 10:30 AM–2:00 PM

Yes. Tot care (ages 18 months–5 years) will be offered on Wednesday, October 1 from 6:00–9:00 PM.

Yes. Indicate interest on your ticket request form (https://btbrc.shulcloud.com/form/highholydays2025tickets.html) Final registration will be sent separately.

Programming includes:

  • Family Services (attend with your children- recommended for children up to 6 years)
  • Tot Care Toddler Program (12 months – 2 years)
  • Pre-School Program (3 – 5 years)
  • Youth Activities (Kindergarten – 5th Grade)
  • Teen Service & Activities (6th – 12th Grade)

🕊️ SPIRITUAL PREPARATION & ETIQUETTE

Business casual or traditional holiday attire is encouraged. Please dress modestly and respectfully.

You will be notified in advance by email or phone with all necessary details.

Contact Marla Cohen for any accessibility or seating accommodations.

Please enter quietly during natural breaks (e.g., music or transitions). Wait for usher guidance when possible.

Please maintain a respectful and quiet environment. Refrain from talking and limit lobby activity.

🛡️ SECURITY INFORMATION

All attendees must enter through the main security gate with the following:

  • Your printed ticket
  • A matching photo ID or Beth Torah badge
  • All bags (including Tallit bags) are subject to inspection
  • You may be asked to pass through a metal detector
  • Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited
  • Security staff and police will be on-site for your protection

We prioritize your safety and well-being and work closely with Homeland Security, local law enforcement, and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Your cooperation helps ensure a safe and meaningful High Holy Days for all.
