DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\n			\n															\n		The speaker at the Adult Education/Sisterhood Meet the Author is Miriam Zylberglait Lisigurski\, MD\, FACP\, DipABOM\, author of The 3G Cycle of Life: The Secrets to Achieving Joy\, Meaning\, and Well-Being. Dr. Zylberglait is a triple Board-Certified Physician in Internal Medicine\, Geriatrics\, and Obesity Medicine and the Founder of “Virtual Wellbeing MD”\, a clinic that offers comprehensive\, holistic\, and personalized care to patients\, using advanced technology and evidence-based medicine\, to prevent and treat medical and emotional conditions that could affect their current and/or future quality of life and well-being.  She completed a fellowship in Leadership Education and Development\, certification as Mental Health Ally\, and training as Chief Wellbeing Officer with the World Happiness Foundation. Dr. Zylberglait has been recognized for multiple achievements\, including Mentor of the Year (American Medical Women Association 2021) and American College of Physicians Young Achiever (2017). Dr. Zylberglait just published the child’s version of her book “The 3G Cycle Quest! The Epic Adventure of the 3G Explorers” which was co-authored with her two sons. Originally from Peru\, Dr. Zylberglait has two awesome sons\, a caring husband\, and a supportive family. Her dream is to help others achieve lives full of joy\, meaning\, and well-being.
